Earth's Habitat Change

14 - Bibliography - Survival Architecture Programme

To learn about Habitat Change implies to approach bibliography not only from architecture but mainly from philosophy, socio-anthropology and urbanism. Additional books on biology, geology and climate history are also required. Probably because of the rate of change, neither academic institutions nor in particular architecture schools are approaching Habitat and Abrupt Climate Change as a subject. Among the old contemporary 20th Century masters, Frank Lloyd Wright is still our main inspiration for reasoning about the nature of things. It is a pitty that he was alone. I suggest reading the following books. There are excellent translations in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and many other languages. For Pouchulu's books go here.
